About the Role
This is a regional product role with responsibility for driving product strategy, portfolio optimisation and new product introductions across Southeast Asia and Pacific markets, with a strong focus on chassis and engine-related categories.
You’ll play a key role in shaping regional product direction by analysing customer needs, distributor networks and competitive landscapes, while aligning closely with global and regional product teams. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Engineering, you’ll ensure product launches are commercially successful, well-positioned and consistently communicated.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive product portfolio optimisation and new product launches across SEA & Pacific markets
- Analyse light commercial, passenger vehicle and off-highway markets to inform regional product strategy
- Lead market coverage expansion projects using structured project management approaches
- Develop competitive product strategies based on detailed market intelligence and benchmarking
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to create compelling sales tools and value propositions
- Ensure consistent product positioning and messaging in collaboration with global product teams
- Achieve or exceed new SKU launch targets and NPI revenue objectives
- Deliver strong gross sales and margin performance across assigned product lines
- Improve market share through effective channel and product strategies
- Establish and maintain robust competitor benchmarking frameworks
You’re a commercially astute and technically capable product professional with deep experience in the automotive aftermarket. You’re comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels and bring a data-driven mindset to decision-making.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or a related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in engineering and/or product marketing within the automotive aftermarket
- Strong exposure to NPI processes and B2B product strategy
- Technical understanding of vehicle systems (HVAC, engine parts, starters/alternators advantageous)
- Proficiency in SAP (material master data & product lifecycle management)
