About the Role

We are seeking a Production Engineer to join a high-performing engineering and fabrication team responsible for bringing projects to life. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will play a key role in ensuring engineering designs are translated accurately into production through smooth handovers. 

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between Engineering and Fabrication
• Review, inspect, and verify parts, components, and procured items
• Identify issues early and implement practical solutions to keep production moving
• Produce technical documentation, manuals, reports, and close-out packs

What We’re Looking For

• Degree-qualified Engineer (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production or similar)
• Experience in custom manufacturing, production engineering, or fabrication environments
• Strong understanding of machining, welding, assembly, and materials
• Proficiency with SolidWorks
