Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting multiple Production Managers across afternoon and night shift.

About the Role
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you’ll lead a diverse operational team across a complex, multi-production line site. The environment moves fast - lines change over depending on demand, products vary daily, and no two shifts look the same.
You will be hands-on, highly visible and responsible for leading operators through the process. You’ll troubleshoot equipment, support safe and efficient production, guide your team through daily priorities, and be the steady point of leadership that keeps the operation moving.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise operators across multiple lines and production activities.
- Manage shift priorities, staffing and workflow in a high-variety environment.
- Ensure quality, safety and food safety standards are strictly maintained.
- Troubleshoot equipment and adjust machinery to optimise performance.
- Support daily production planning and labour requirements.
- Drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain strong communication with Quality, Maintenance and leadership teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and support business growth initiatives.
- Experience in food, FMCG, pharmaceutical or medical manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude - able to tweak, fix, and understand equipment.
