This group have been delivering high end townhouses and apartments for over ten years in Victoria. They are a developer/builder and deliver projects ranging from $4 mil - $20 mil. They have a reputation for delivering some of Melbourne's most luxurious projects and continue to acquire land in blue chip areas in Melbourne. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to work in their construction division.
Responsibilities
Reporting to a Project Manager you will be responsible for
- Document control and QA management.
- Coordination of trades and assisting the site team.
- Design Coordination and RFI's
- Assist the Project Manager with preparing scopes of work and procurement.
This role will suit someone that has just graduated from university or has 1-2 years experience working for a commercial or residential builder. You must possess strong attention to detail and be able to work on challenging projects.
