The Builder
They specialize in residential and commercial projects ranging between $5m - $30m. They have currently have 15 live projects on and a strong pipeline of work which will provide a lot of opportunity to grow within the business to develop your career.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaising and negotiating with relevant subcontractors
- Design Coordination with consultants
- Program coordination
- Quality management & defect coordination
- Assist in Variations, RFI's, EOT's etc
- Assist in letting of packages
To be considered for this role you will ideally have worked for a residential or Commercial builder for 1+ year. A construction management degree will also be looked upon favorably. You must have excellent attention to detail, be able to work in a high pressured environment, display the right attitude with support to the site delivery and administration team.
