We’re partnering with a well-established Managed Services Provider that is seeking a Level 2 Project Engineer to join their high-performing team. Supporting businesses across Australia, they deliver a wide range of IT solutions including managed services, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and strategic consulting across multiple industries.
With a growing client base and increasing demand for technical expertise, the business is expanding and looking for a passionate project engineer to join them during this exciting phase.
The Role
As a Project Engineer, you will deliver a blend of remote and onsite support to clients across Perth and nationally. You’ll be a key technical contact, providing support, troubleshooting, and project delivery across a variety of systems. This includes managing requests, resolving issues, implementing solutions, and assisting senior technicians where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end technical projects across diverse client environments, ensuring successful and timely outcomes
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server 2019/2022 environments
- Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls and networking systems
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication with clients both remotely and onsite
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple explanations for non-technical stakeholders
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to minimise client impact
- Oversee implementation, configuration, and maintenance of a wide range of IT hardware
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an IT support role (MSP experience highly desirable)
- Wanting to be on projects 100% of the time.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Azure, AD, Exchange, Intune, Azure AD)
- Experience with networking, firewalls, virtualisation (VMware ESXi), backup and recovery solutions, and familiarity with 3CX.
- Current C class driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
