About the role:
The Pronto specialist will be an SME at the company, they are looking for someone to have those development skills but ultimately play a role in supporting the relevant teams with their knowledge.
The role is permanent and currently there is WFH flexibility with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issuing SMR’s (Software Maintenance Requests) to address software bugs or PLM’s (Product Lifecycle Management) request for functional changes required by the clients,
- Investigation and analysis of client’s request for assistance and provide responsive and reliable support
- Analysis and specification of defined programming changes as required and passing on the task to our custom development team
- Testing of program enhancements and modifications as required
- Training of customers, internal staff and distributors in Pronto Xi
- Provision of implementation services to Pronto Customers during software installation phase
- Consulting in specific Pronto Xi modules and/or industry applications as appropriate
- Develop specialized skills in various Pronto Xi modules and utilities
About You:
- SME in Pronto 7.40+
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Potentially retail / ecommerce experience would be beneficial
