We are currently partnering exclusively with a well known and highly regarded institution who have a large property portfolio in Melbourne's inner North. My client has an immediate requirement for a Property & Leasing Manager to join their team and oversee commercial and retail assets.  

Property & Leasing Manager

Reporting to the Director of Procurement you will be responsible for the day-day management of a portfolio of predominantly commercial and retail assets acting as both a landlord and tenant. This is a newly created role where you will have to establish systems and procedures to allow accurate lease management, administration and reporting. As well as day to day operations, you will also get exposure to strategic projects and innovative continuous improvement activities. 

Ideal Candidate:

• Commercial Property Management experience (Agency / Landlord / Tenant)
• Proven track record of maintaining and preparing budgets and strong financial acumen
• Experience in managing portfolios larger than 50 properties
• Ideally experience establishing property management framework
• Commercial mindset
