You’ll be stepping into a small People & Culture team during a period of growth and change, supporting end-to-end recruitment needs across a diverse range of roles. These include frontline support positions through to corporate and specialist functions.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that would suit someone confident working in fast-paced environments, comfortable managing multiple vacancies at once, and able to engage well with internal stakeholders and candidates alike.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple vacancies
- Liaise with hiring managers to provide recruitment guidance and support
- Draft and post job ads, screen applications, coordinate interviews
- Provide a positive candidate experience and support onboarding where required
- Maintain ATS records and ensure compliance with recruitment processes
- Proven experience in a recruitment advisor or internal recruitment role
- Comfortable managing mid-high volume recruitment
- Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- A genuine interest in the not-for-profit or community services space
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- 6-month contract
