They are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their People & Culture team on a 3‑month contract (with possibility for extension), supporting a portfolio of approximately 20 active vacancies, with several requiring immediate support on delivery.
Working closely with a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner and broader P&C team, you’ll manage the majority of end‑to‑end recruitment activity, while senior leadership handles the final stages of executive and critical appointments. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys pace, variety and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across technical, operational and site‑based roles
- Recruit across a mix of senior technical positions and blue‑collar / site‑based vacancies
- Draft and post job advertisements across Seek and other sourcing platforms
- Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct pre‑screening calls and coordinate interviews
- Partner with hiring managers and Senior HR stakeholders throughout the process
- Support interview strategy development and attend interviews where required
- Assist with executive‑level processes, including interfaces with senior leaders prior to final appointment
- Provide recruitment support across WA sites, including upstream and operational roles
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide progress updates to stakeholders
About You
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within resources, mining or technical environments
- Comfortable managing both white‑ and blue‑collar recruitment
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Strong screening, shortlisting and interview coordination capability
- Able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, delivery‑focused role
- Open to agency or internal recruiters with strong end‑to‑end experience
- Available to start immediately or within short notice
