Reporting to the Director of Customer Growth Marketing, you will bring the product to life for Card Members who have expressed interest, guiding them seamlessly through the journey to membership. You will partner closely with internal teams and stakeholders, including Product & Marketing, Credit, Risk, New Accounts and Card Issuance to deliver a flawless acquisition process.
Responsibilities
- Uphold all risk management, data privacy and conduct policies while maintaining absolute discretion throughout the acquisition process.
- Manage preliminary eligibility reviews of customer expressions of interest, liaising with Credit and Risk teams as required.
- Partner with the Product Manager for insights and guidance.
- Provide timely updates to your Leader and collaborate closely within a small, high-performing team.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition—including product features, benefits and servicing—with professionalism and confidence.
- Ensure service level agreements are consistently met while maintaining meticulous attention to process and documentation.
- Support Customer Relationship Manager during onboarding once applications are approved.
- Complete health checks in line with guidelines and provide constructive feedback to Team Leaders.

- Problem-solving ability, resourcefulness and confidence in resolving issues quickly.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Knowledge of luxury products and experiences, spanning airlines, hotels, dining, retail, theatre, fashion, sport and events (a travel background is highly valued but not required).
