Further details about the role
As a Reliability Engineer, you will be a vital part of the team, ensuring the reliability and safety of our equipment and facilities. Your primary responsibilities include:
  • Safety and Environmental Impact: Support efforts to maintain safe systems, equipment, and reduce risks whilst promoting a safety first culture.
  • Quality Focus: Address product quality concerns related to equipment failures and enhance Right First Time (RFT) performance.
  • Operations Performance: Optimize factory plant and equipment performance through reliability-focused procedures. Measure and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and minimize waste.
  • Engineering and Reliability Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance programs, asset lifecycle strategies, and spare part inventory management. Support CAPEX projects.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following:
  • A demonstrated track record in maintenance, reliability or engineering;
  • Knowledge of asset management and predictive / proactive maintenance systems;
  • FMCG manufacturing environment;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders;
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work autonomously within a team environment;
  • Degree qualifications in engineering;
