In this diverse role, you’ll work closely with multiple departments to ensure efficient processes, drive cost management, and lead a small team. You’ll play a key role in managing a large seasonal workforce and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the rostering team
- Schedule and roster staff across multiple facility departments
- Maintain correct casual staffing levels, including rosters for 500+ staff during peak seasons
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding of casual staff
- Maintain accurate employee records, licences, and accreditations
- Process HR administration tasks such as VEVO checks, RSA certifications, terminations, and pay queries
- Produce and distribute accurate reports to stakeholders
- Drive process improvement and cost management initiatives
- Proven experience managing rostering and scheduling for large seasonal workforces
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead a small team
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Experience with rostering and recruitment platforms
- A background in hospitality is advantageous
