• Build capability across operational teams and frontline leaders
• Monitor safety performance and drive improvement initiatives
• Facilitate internal WHS forums and emergency planning activities

About You
You are an experienced WHS professional with strong leadership capability and proven success working in complex operational environments. You thrive in roles that combine hands on engagement with strategic influence and enjoy partnering with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience within events, venues, precinct operations, or large multi site settings is highly regarded.

You will also bring:

• Proven ability to manage contractor and vendor safety
• Confidence in incident investigation and safety system oversight
• Effective communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes
• A proactive approach to cultural uplift and continuous improvement
