The Client:

• Through continued growth, an excellent opportunity has presented for a Sales Estimator to join a leading residential builder 
• This multi-award-winning residential builder works collaboratively and is looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, results-driven environment, but also have fun. 
• You will play a key role operating as a Sales Estimator in the development of pricing across single & double storey homes.

The Role:

• Site Costings & supporting the Sales Consultants;
• Developing Sales Estimates across a range of Residential Projects;
• Play a key role in supporting the Sales Team;
• Provide costings for colour consultant upgrades;
• Management and Pricing of Variations;
• Ensuring accurate pricing at all stages;

The Successful Candidate:

• Demonstrated experience in a Sales Estimating role 
• Ability to proactively drive outcomes working collaboratively with both internal & external stakeholders;
• Strong understanding of workflow stages 
• Understanding of the Victorian Residential Construction Market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strong eye for detail with an analytical approach
• Diploma of Building or equivalent tertiary qualification is advantageous
