About the Role
As a Sales Team Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the sales function by coordinating processes, managing documentation, and assisting with customer and internal stakeholder communications. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Proposal Coordination: Support the preparation of quotes, tenders, and sales proposals.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales records, track opportunities, and update client information.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organise meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
- General Administration: Provide administrative support, including document formatting, data entry, and internal reporting.
- Experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer support.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
