And you could be a part of it...a big part of it. Your objective, Simple. Make everyone in Australia and New Zealand fall even more in love with these delicious snacks through fantastic storytelling for the moments that matter in life, fun times, sharing, caring, laughter, moments spent with family and friends. And in times like this we need these - they are so yum! Not only that but your mission is to lead and manage the entire NPD & brand strategy.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the entire end to end marketing and brand strategy as well as innovation. 50% Brand building and brand communications across all channels especially TVC. 50% Innovation and NPD focus - launching 10 new brands in the next 1-2 years
  • Create and set the entire marketing mix using actionable insights for New Product Development, Packaging, Pricing and Promotion initiatives
  • Build nurturing and long lasting relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally such, NPD and Innovation, major retail chains, food service providers and agencies 
  • Drive business growth and brand equity

What you need to be successful
  • A delicious attitude and mindset balancing a nurturing and collaborative approach to hitting key business and brand objectives. As a person you are humble, hardworking (you get sh*t done), down to earth and approachable
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business or similar
  • A proven track record as either a highly successful Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager looking for a tasty new challenge
  • A background in FMCG/food skilled in building a brand strategy and using insights to manage NPD and Innovation. You love taking new products to market as part of the NPD pipeline
  • An adaptable and flexible nature and ability to influence key stakeholders to enjoy positive business outcomes
