About the Role
This newly created Senior Business Development Manager role sits within the organisation’s high-performing Food & Beverage division and is critical to driving commercial growth across this essential sector. You will lead efforts to identify, qualify, and convert strategic opportunities with key manufacturing and processing customers across ANZ. Working cross-functionally with technical, operations, and supply teams, you'll play a central role in delivering compliant, high-quality ingredient solutions tailored to customer needs. The role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the backing of a market-leading brand.

  
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across the food, beverage, and nutrition sectors
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with procurement and operations leaders
  • Lead commercial discussions and manage end-to-end sales processes from pipeline to close
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution alignment and seamless delivery
  • Use CRM and reporting tools to track pipeline activity, customer engagement, and performance

  
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in business development or account management, ideally within food ingredients, food processing, or B2B supply chain
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative sales approach and strategic mindset
  • Confident communicator able to influence, engage, and build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Experience working across complex product portfolios with regulatory or compliance elements
  • Ability to thrive autonomously in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
