The Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Talent & Organisational Development, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering the organisation’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIBs) strategy. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders and Employee Advocacy Groups, the Senior D&I Advisor will lead the review, refresh, and rollout of strategic initiatives that strengthen inclusion and foster a sense of belonging across the business.
A key aspect of this role involves developing and writing comprehensive DIBs strategies to guide the organisation's initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the review and development of the organisation’s refreshed DIBs strategy (FY26–28)
• Partner with Executive Sponsors and Employee Advocacy Groups to deliver impactful initiatives
• Develop internal capability through workshops, forums, and inclusive policy development
• Monitor, report, and provide insights on key DIBs programs, reporting and events
Skills and Experience
• 3–5+ years’ experience in DIBs roles within a corporate or government setting
• Strong understanding of DIBs legislation, compliance, and reporting (e.g. WGEA)
• Confident presenting at ELT level with excellent communication and influencing skills
• Experience leading strategy refresh initiatives within an ASX-listed or large organisation
