The Role
As a Senior ER Specialist, you will take ownership of the most complex and sensitive workplace matters, providing strategic advice and leading end-to-end case management across a broad portfolio.
Key areas of focus include:
- Managing high-risk, complex ER cases end-to-end, including serious misconduct, discrimination, bullying, and termination matters
- Leading legally robust workplace investigations and providing clear, defensible recommendations
- Preparing for and supporting tribunal matters, including Fair Work Commission proceedings and conciliations
- Providing expert advice on enterprise agreements, awards, and employment legislation
- Partnering with senior leaders to navigate risk, influence outcomes, and drive best practice
You will be a highly experienced ER professional with deep technical capability and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor at a senior level.
- Extensive experience managing complex ER cases and workplace investigations
- Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, industrial instruments, and employment legislation
- Experience supporting or leading tribunal matters highly regarded
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, high-risk environment
- Background in retail, FMCG or hospitality well-regarded
