Responsibilities

• Manage three direct reports
• Oversee and manage the financial accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and analsze complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Coordinate financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Prepare and analyse financial forecasts and budgets.
• Provide financial advice and support to management on strategic decision-making.

Candidate Profile

• CA or CPA qualified
• Prior experience in retail or consumer goods
• Proactive and self-starter, with a high level of aptitude and intellectual curiosity
• Team leader and ability to mentor staff and upskill them
• Excellent attention to detail
