The Role
Reporting to the Corporate Finance Manager, this position supports the delivery of timely, accurate and compliant financial information across the group. You’ll work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to ensure sound financial management, statutory compliance, and continuous improvement of finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly financial performance reports, including variance analysis, cash flow and balance sheet analysis.
- Preparation and posting of journals, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end processes.
- Preparation of quarterly statutory reports (including BAS and AASB 16 lease accounting entries).
- Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts, audit support, and annual tax reconciliations.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve reporting processes and system efficiencies.
- Support ad hoc analysis and projects as required.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce or Business.
- CPA/CA qualified or working towards completion.
- 2–4 years’ experience in a similar corporate or financial accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, statutory reporting and audit processes.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner across functions.
