This is an exciting newly created Senior Growth Marketing Manager opportunity with a leading subscription/e-commerce brand. Your core focus, develop and lead their entire customer acquisition strategy from the ground up. As this is a newly created role and team - think of them like a start-up but backed by an Amazingly Big B2C Brand! Reporting to the inspirational GM who has a background in marketing, she is looking for someone with a positive, curious and hungry mindset to come in and hit the ground running.
You will focus on key acquisition channels like digital marketing and media opportunities which will drive growth for all metrics along the user journey – acquisition, activation, retention and frequency. You will also:
- Develop a comprehensive growth marketing plan underpinned by customer insights, needs analysis and market opportunities
- Work cross functionally with the broader technology and e-commerce teams to deliver the end-to-end growth marketing program in line with the strategy, plan and budget which you will help set
- Manage channel performance tracking, analytics and reporting in conjunction with agency partners and Marketing Analytics to measure effectiveness of activity and share actionable insight with a test and learn approach
- Effectively leverage customer data and MarTech to drive a connected always on approach to improve the customer experience
To be successful you will have:
- A proven track record in a similar growth marketing manager position where you have both lead the acquisition strategy and executed it too
- Extensive experience working across key acquisition channels such as Paid, Referral and Affiliate marketing channels
- Proven experience building, leading and executing successful growth strategies
- A positive, pro-active, collaborative, curious and hungry mindset to come in, hit the ground running and make things happen
- Great work flexibility and culture - collaborative, high performing and positive
- An amazing salary on offer $150,000 - $180,000 base + super + bonus
