Our client is a market-leading B2B distribution & services group with a national footprint. With strong growth and continued acquisition activity, they’re bolstering their strategic HR Business Partnering model and seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with the largest ANZ business unit circa 600 employees.
You’ll be supported by an engaged advisory/services team to handle day-to-day queries while you focus on strategy, complex ER, leadership coaching and capability.

- Senior BP (or high-performing BP ready to step up) experience in multi-site/matrix settings - industrial, FMCG, logistics, retail, healthcare or similar.
- Commercial acumen: comfortable with P&L levers and speaking the language of the business.
- Strong ER credentials plus the judgement to scale from tactical to strategic.
- Thrives in pace and ambiguity; organised, curious and tenacious with a calm, direct style.
