This is a hands-on contract role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments and can step in mid-stream to drive outcomes.
The Opportunity
You will play a critical role in delivering learning initiatives that support the rollout of new systems, embed new processes, and uplift organisational capability.
Working closely with Change, Legal & Compliance, and senior stakeholders, you will design and deliver impactful learning solutions aligned to business transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of learning solutions to support system and process change
- Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate strategy into actionable learning initiatives
- Support ongoing Salesforce releases and system implementation training (including FMS/Workday)
- Deliver instructional design outputs, including digital and blended learning programs
- Collaborate within an agile environment to prioritise and deliver key pieces of work
- Manage vendors where required to support learning delivery
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Proven experience in L&D within transformation or change environments
- Strong instructional design capability and understanding of adult learning principles
- Experience working in agile or project-based environments
- Background in regulated industries (e.g. energy, government, superannuation, compliance-driven environments) highly regarded
- Ability to quickly embed into teams and deliver outcomes mid-program
- Experience with tools such as Articulate, ELMO or similar LMS platforms (nice to have)
