Reporting to the ANZ Marketing Lead, it's a standalone Senior Marketing Operations Manager role where you will both develop the strategy but execute and deliver too. This is a newly created role and your main objective is to run a best in class marketing operations program so all marketing departments run smoothly and are aligned on key objectives and results.
The Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Marketing leadership team to develop a world class marketing operations strategy and set up key processes and programs to support key marketing objectives
- Continuously measuring and tracking campaigns, you will use consumer insights and data to ensure a strong ROI with a test and learn methodology to campaigns.
- Create, develop and own a Marketing Dashboard to track and measure all activity. You will build cleaner reporting and analysis of campaigns
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders such as brand, retail, sales, channel, analytics and agencies to ensure campaigns are effective and hitting key commercial objectives
The successful applicant
- Degree qualified with at least 10 years' quantifiable experience in marketing strategy and implementation – we want to hear results from what you've done
- Marketing all-rounder with strong B2C marketing experience who has a thorough track record within the retail space, ecommerce, online or agency
- Strong commercial acumen who understands how to hit commercial objectives and get a strong ROI
- Strong budget management experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management and soft skills who can build relationships and influence accordingly too
- As a person you are extremely self-aware with a growth mindset (no big egos sorry:) )
