With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to oversee our operations arm, ensuring seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

- Lead and manage the Operations division of the business, overseeing Operations Supervisors and Project Supervisors.
- Collaborate with our expanding workforce of 200 field staff to ensure efficient project execution.
- Work closely with the finance team to plan and mitigate financial elements of projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) across all facets of the business.
- Represent the company in Tier 1 client meetings, negotiating resolutions for project-related issues.
- Report directly to the General Manager, providing regular updates on project status and operational performance.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following:
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably within a hire/labour company.
- Demonstrated capability in handling high-pressure situations with composure and efficiency.
- Ultimate responsibility for the successful delivery of all projects, supported by an excellent supervisory team.
- Adaptive mindset, capable of evolving systems and processes to meet changing business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior operations management role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office, project management tools).
