About the role
Partnering with the Payroll Manager and Systems Specialist, your main tasks will include:
- Providing advanced expertise and specialist advice for payroll awards, industrial agreements and statutory requirements
- Providing a consultative approach to rectifying and advising on appropriate courses of action
- Provide value-add analysis and commentary to stakeholders across the business
- Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide recommendations
- Provide payroll support for key projects related to the implementation of new and existing systems
- Provide day to day technical support to a range of internal stakeholders
The successful candidate
To be a successful in this role you will possess:
- Previous experience in a similar Payroll Analyst / Audit position
- Professionalism as you will be working with highly sensitive data
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills which allow you to work collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders
- High level attention to detail, initiative and strive for continuous improvement
- Confidence in leading analytical projects and recommending change
What's on offer
- Attractive salary circa $100,000 - $130,000 + super, dependent on prior experience
- Commence immediately
- Extremely flexible working arrangements - ability to work from home entirely, or work within the office in Melbourne's North
