About the Role
As a Developer, you'll work closely with solution architects, business analysts, testers and subject-matter experts to design, build and deploy high-quality applications. You'll play a hands-on role in the development of software and integration solutions, ensuring systems meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

- Develop and extend Microsoft Dynamics-based enterprise applications.
- Design, build and maintain solutions in an Azure cloud environment.
- Manage source code and iterative application development using modern DevOps practices.
- Collaborate on solution architecture and design documentation.
- Translate functional specifications and user stories into robust technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve and modernise existing systems, reducing technical debt.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, sharing knowledge and mentoring where appropriate.
Mandatory:
- Minimum 3 years' experience developing Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform applications.
- Proven background with C# plugins, JavaScript in Dynamics forms, and Power Automate.
- Experience with .NET stack development and DevOps pipelines.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Knowledge of government or enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Web APIs, ASP.NET, HTML and CSS.
- Understanding of modern design patterns and architectures.
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
