About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Network Engineer ready to take ownership, lead from the front, and drive best practices across varied client environments – from lean SMEs to major national enterprises.

You’ll be our first dedicated Network hire in a growing specialist team, with a clear path to becoming a senior leader. We’re looking for someone confident in both High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD), who can work post-sales, support pre-sales, conduct audits, and implement remediation and troubleshooting, all while keeping documentation sharp and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver HLD and LLD documentation
  • Work alongside Pre-Sales to refine client solutions
  • Perform network audits, identify gaps, and implement remediation
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimise multi-vendor environments
  • Maintain accurate and accessible documentation
  • Shift between SME and Enterprise clients, with some national 24/7 support discussions underway
  • Contribute to internal capability building and technical leadership
Tech Environment
  • Primary Vendors: Fortinet (FortiGate), Aruba, Juniper
  • Nice to Have: Palo Alto
  • Certifications: CCNP ideal (Minimum CCNA)
You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in an MSP or multi-client technical role
  • Hands-on expertise in HLD/LLD and remediation
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for getting things working right
  • Ability to balance field work, remote support, and documentation
  • A flexible mindset – some days you’ll be on site, others you’ll be remote
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
