Key Responsibilities
As a trusted Workplace Relations advisor, you will:
- Independently manage complex workplace investigations end-to-end, including planning, interviews, evidence analysis, credibility assessments, findings, and recommendations
- Provide high-level advisory support on redundancies, restructures, disputes, performance, misconduct, and broader workplace risk
- Represent the organisation at early stages of litigation, including conciliations and conferences in relevant tribunals
- Manage matters before employment-related bodies, including preparation, filing, and service of documentation
- Assess and mitigate risk across unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination, bullying, harassment, and injury-related matters
- Negotiate settlement agreements, managed exits, and dispute resolutions
- Support leaders managing long-term non-work-related illness and injury matters
- Deliver coaching and learning sessions on employment-related matters
- Analyse trends and emerging risks to inform proactive business interventions
- Operate confidently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment without compromising quality
About you
- Strong experience in complex workplace relations and employment law
- Extensive experience managing high-risk workplace investigations and complex employee relations cases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment with multiple stakeholder group
- Highly experienced in building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing people with ease
