They put a strong emphasis on client relationships and working collaboratively with sub-contractors. They need a Site Manager for a $10 mil new build commercial office in South Melbourne.
The Role
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for
- Supervision of trades and construction activity onsite
- Management of construction program to ensure the program achieved.
- OH&S and QA management onsite.
- Resolve design and construction issues that arise on the project.
You will ideally have been a head site manager or foreman ready to step up into a head site manager role. It is essential that you have strong communication skills and be able manage sub-contractors effectively.
