You’ll play a key role in managing recruitment operations, ensuring accurate job postings, and delivering exceptional candidate sourcing outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with consultants and clients to maintain high standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile detailed job descriptions in partnership with consultants and clients
- Manage job postings across platforms including Bullhorn, SEEK, and Idibu
- Maintain clear communication with clients and candidates throughout the process
- Oversee workload and performance of coordinators, providing guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all documentation
- Conduct database searches and shortlist candidates using Bullhorn, SEEK, and LinkedIn
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, or within a sales-focused or sales administration position (e.g., recruitment, real estate)
- Ability to work in high-volume environments
- Strong relationship building skills
- Highly proactive, with a solutions-focused attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with Bullhorn CRM highly regarded
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as SEEK, LinkedIn, and Idibu is a plus
