About the role

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to leverage your Sales Management experience in a role that is primarily focused on developing the current sales team and raising the bar of excellence. You will mentor, train, upskill & lead a field team of 8 Account Managers in line with overseeing a few major accounts. 

  • Spend time in the field with your team & customers and lead by example with sales process, consultative selling and negotiation initiatives
  • Implement proven sales methodologies to help upskill the team & drive increased performance
  • Oversee all reporting and compliance - sales cycles, margins, pipeline, call visits & revenue 
  • Ultimately be responsible for achieving the budget for your channel 
Skills and Experience
  • Experience managing a sales team with proven background in driving consistent high performance
  • Passion for coaching, motivating & training salespeople via demonstrated methods
  • Sales Management experience in B2B environment; prior experience selling into Hospitals, Age Care, Hospitality or Facility Services will be highly regarded
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to work with / sell to variety of key personnel 
  • Proven experience of being able to multi-task within a fast passed environment 
  • Commercially astute and analytically minded
