My client is seeking a dedicated Systems Admin/Application Support professional to ensure the seamless operation of their HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and Rostering systems. If you have SuccessFactors expertise and drive to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain HRIS modules.
  • Manage all change requests in SuccessFactors, ranging from new forms, portlets to workflows.
  • Manage application data and configurations.
  • Create and maintain reports.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with various departments.
  • Proactively identify system improvement opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
  • Knowledge of HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • HR, Recruitment, and Payroll expertise.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS applications.
  • Analytical and organizational skills.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
  • 4+ years of experience in operating payroll and HR services.
  • 3 to 5 years experience  of systems administration OR application support
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
