About the Role
This Supply Chain Planning Analyst role supports forecasting, replenishment and inventory planning activities across categories and store networks.
Reporting to the Demand Planning & Replenishment Manager, you will work closely with Buyers, Allocators and Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure stock availability aligns with sales performance and business objectives.
The position focuses on analysing sales and inventory data, supporting allocation strategies and improving planning accuracy across promotional events, seasonal demand and ongoing replenishment cycles. This role offers strong development opportunities for someone looking to progress into a Demand Planner position.

Duties
• Maintain sales and inventory forecasts across categories
• Monitor stock levels and highlight plan variances
• Support allocation and replenishment execution
• Track stock flow performance and recommend actions
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reporting
• Analyse sales trends and support trading decisions
• Assist promotional and product launch planning
• Support post-event performance analysis
• Maintain product and store master data accuracy
• Partner with buying and supply chain teams
• Identify risks across demand and supply performance
• Support continuous planning process improvements

Skills and Experience
Must Have
• Degree in supply chain, business or related field
• Experience in planning, inventory or retail analysis
• Advanced Excel capability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with ERP or planning systems
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have
• Exposure to retail or store network environments
• Experience with BI or reporting tools
• Understanding of demand planning processes
• Interest in developing into demand planning
