A great opportunity to step into a broad, hands-on supply chain role covering inbound freight, warehousing, distribution, SAP accuracy and continuous improvement across the ANZ business. Ideal for someone who enjoys both day-to-day execution and strategic problem-solving.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day performance of the 3PL across warehousing and distribution, ensuring 2-day dispatch, stock accuracy and contract KPIs are met.
- Oversee all inbound freight from Asia, the US and UK, working closely with freight forwarders, print suppliers and global teams.
- Own all SAP administration for inbound stock so the warehouse has full visibility on what is arriving and when.
- Ensure smooth order flow, stock availability and proactive management of delays, risks and peak periods.
- Drive efficiency initiatives such as direct-to-customer shipping, bulk/off-peak freight consolidation and reducing double handling.
- Maintain reporting dashboards and provide insights on freight, warehousing and fulfilment performance.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Planning and Finance to support customers and upcoming campaigns.
- Strong SAP capability and confidence managing data accuracy.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing or freight operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and push back when required.
- Analytical, commercially minded and proactive in solving issues across the supply chain.
- Able to step in quickly, take ownership and work collaboratively across teams.
- Hybrid work: Monday & Friday from home.
- Hours: 8:30am–4:45pm.
