- Ensuring the coverage plan is adequate and taking steps to address anticipated gaps while staying within operational budgets.
- Keeping both internal and external stakeholders informed about upcoming supply challenges.
- Identifying and tracking trends and sharing relevant information with stakeholders.
- Coordinating the transfer of stock between states to address supply shortages.
- Regularly reviewing stock on hand to ensure accuracy across 3PL warehouses and managing daily stock inquiries from these warehouses.
- Investigating supply shortfalls in containers and submitting credit claims to suppliers.
- Reviewing and approving invoices for shipping services, including handling any disputed charges.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry
- Inventory management techniques
- Understanding of warehousing practices
- Time management skills
- Proficiency in effective verbal and written communication
- Skills in negotiation and resolving disputes
- Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Apprise, SAP, etc.)
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and Outlook)
