The Role
Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, the Systems & Reporting Analyst takes the lead in the provision of financial management and reporting services to enhance the financial stability, integrity, accuracy and efficiency.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Own the administration and lead the identification of ongoing improvement of the Group’s management system (MS Dynamic 365, Sage, Workbench, Xero, Power BI, Sharperlight, Aroflow)
- Develop and implement new (or upgraded systems) to streamline financial management
- Use BI tools to provide analytics and insights to support and business decisions and performance
- Contribution to the design and implementation of accounting and financial systems & processes
- Develop Operational KPI reports to help track project performance against budget & forecast
- Design and develop management reports for the Senior Leadership Team
- CA/CPA (will be viewed favorably)
- Knowledge of MS Dynamic 365, Sage, Workbench, Xero, Power BI, Sharperlight, Aroflow
- Knowledge of Sage, Workbench & Microsoft Dynamic 365
- Experience data mining & interrogation using SQL
- Experience in report writing using OfficeConnect & Power BI
- Exposure to job costing/project accounting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
