Our client is seeking an established Talent Acquisition Leader to join their People function which has a truly global outlook on talent. 

The role is focused on driving the adoption of best in class Talent Acquisition strategies, deliver initiatives to continue  an organisation-wide standout talent acquisition approach, lead the continued roll out of Employer Branding activations, and identify opportunities to leverage new technologies.
  
To be successful in this role, you will bring a background in global recruitment or talent leadership roles, a passion for problem solving and strong commercial acumen. This is a key leadership role within the team, where exceptional communication, influencing and development skills are required.

What does the role include
  • Foster a culture of inclusive hiring by implementing inclusive talent management practices and collaborating with HR and business leaders to develop and execute diversity programs.
  • Refine and refresh the global end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, ensuring hiring managers have the necessary support and resources to attract and hire top talent.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and stakeholders to build and enhance the Employee Value Proposition, reflecting our culture, values, and strategic priorities.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to strengthen hiring practices, including disciplined process management, unbiased sourcing and selection practices.
  • Oversee key hiring activities, including graduate campaigns, operational campaigns globally, leveraging best practices.
  • Enhance  brand awareness among target talent pools through effective employer brand marketing strategies tailored to key geographical markets and talent needs.
  • Manage and coach a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive their performance and professional growth.

What you will bring to the role 
  • Align recruitment activity to Group and Regional business goals.
  • Further embedding the use of data and metrics to allow the global stakeholder community to make informed decisions based on real-time understanding of talent market.
  • Demonstrable experience around Employee Value positioning with tailoring to region and market.
  • A keen interest in the utilisation of incoming technology and AI product offerings as appropriate.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, including prioritisation, planning, task delegation, and coordination across multiple regions.
