About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will:
- Lead end-to-end high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Design and facilitate assessment centres
- Partner closely with operational leaders across multiple sites
- Manage workforce planning and proactive talent pipelining
- Drive recruitment process improvements and efficiencies
- Lead and develop one direct report
- Report on recruitment metrics and hiring performance
About You You will bring:
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment (simultaneously managing large hiring volumes)
- Strong assessment centre design and facilitation experience
- Experience recruiting blue-collar / operational workforces
- Previous leadership experience (minimum 1 direct report)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills within operational environments
- Resilience and ability to work at pace
- A structured, process-driven approach with a focus on candidate experience
