A well-established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-volume recruitment across a predominantly blue-collar and operational workforce.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building scalable recruitment processes, and has strong experience running assessment centres.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will:
  • Lead end-to-end high-volume recruitment campaigns
  • Design and facilitate assessment centres
  • Partner closely with operational leaders across multiple sites
  • Manage workforce planning and proactive talent pipelining
  • Drive recruitment process improvements and efficiencies
  • Lead and develop one direct report
  • Report on recruitment metrics and hiring performance
This role requires someone who can balance strategy with delivery — staying close to the detail while elevating capability.
About You You will bring:
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment (simultaneously managing large hiring volumes)
  • Strong assessment centre design and facilitation experience
  • Experience recruiting blue-collar / operational workforces
  • Previous leadership experience (minimum 1 direct report)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills within operational environments
  • Resilience and ability to work at pace
  • A structured, process-driven approach with a focus on candidate experience
