Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and P&C leaders to deliver proactive, data-led talent strategies aligned to workforce plans
- Build and maintain engaged talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill IT and data roles
- Leverage market insights and analytics to guide strategic hiring decisions and workforce planning
- Lead strategic sourcing activity through CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted campaigns
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the IT and Data portfolio
- Proven experience within large, complex environments (RPO or strong internal background preferred)
- Strong track record delivering proactive sourcing and pipelining strategies for specialist or leadership roles
- Skilled in using data and market insights to influence talent strategy and decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leaders
- Strategic and forward-thinking, balanced with a hands-on approach to delivery
- Experience with enterprise ATS or CRM systems)
- 6-month contract with potential to extend or transition to permanent
