You’ll be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across white-collar roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes and promote a strong candidate experience in line with their EVP.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, identifying strong local talent
- Pre-screening, interviewing, and engaging with candidates through the full process
- Autonomously and confidently conduct hiring briefs and partner with leaders across the business
- Strategically engage with external recruitment agencies where appropriate
- Utilising sourcing tools such as SeekTalent, Linkedin and network referrals
- Utilise the company’s ATS to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proven experience in white-collar recruitment (exposure to Technology and Finance highly desirable)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a high level of initiative
- Genuine passion for recruitment, with a focus on delivering consistent, positive outcomes for candidates and hiring managers
