The Position
- Recruitment and selection
- Liaise with line managers and take job briefs
- Proactive sourcing
- Strategic recruitment
- Phone screen candidates
- Submit suitable candidates to jobs
- Reference checks
- Database management and general administration
- Previous Recruitment experience - internal or agency
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- 6-8 month contract with potential extension
- Remote or from Melbourne CBD
- $110,000 package
