The People team are seeking a highly capable and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for a dedicated white-collar portfolio, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes. A meticulous, detail-oriented approach to process management will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across corporate and operational roles
- Conduct hiring briefs, pre-screening, interviews, and candidate engagement
- Build strong relationships with leaders and provide proactive recruitment advice
- Utilise sourcing tools such as SeekTalent, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Partner strategically with external recruitment agencies when required
- Maintain accurate, detailed records and workflows in the ATS for a seamless process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and seamless stakeholder engagement
About You
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience in white-collar internal recruitment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident in managing processes independently
- Attention to detail and record management
- Genuine passion for recruitment and delivering exceptional outcomes
