Our client is a major Western Australian organisation playing a critical role in connecting global markets and supporting economic growth.
  
The People team are seeking a highly capable and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for a dedicated white-collar portfolio, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes. A meticulous, detail-oriented approach to process management will be essential to your success.
  
  
Key Responsibilities 
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across corporate and operational roles 
  • Conduct hiring briefs, pre-screening, interviews, and candidate engagement 
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and provide proactive recruitment advice 
  • Utilise sourcing tools such as SeekTalent, LinkedIn, and referrals 
  • Partner strategically with external recruitment agencies when required 
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records and workflows in the ATS for a seamless process 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and seamless stakeholder engagement 

About You 
  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience in white-collar internal recruitment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment 
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident in managing processes independently 
  • Attention to detail and record management 
  • Genuine passion for recruitment and delivering exceptional outcomes
