An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a well-established, global organisation operating across Australia and New Zealand.
As a leader in their sector, the business continues to experience strong growth and transformation.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will see you partnering closely with Line Managers and HR Business Partners to deliver end-to-end recruitment support across a diverse portfolio of roles spanning blue and white-collar functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of roles across ANZ
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop effective sourcing and attraction strategies
  • Proactively source candidates through a range of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, etc.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across high volume role families
  • Screen candidates and present high-quality shortlists
  • Coordinate interviews and manage offer processes
  • Ensure a strong candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Manage pre-employment checks and compliance including references, police and VEVO checks
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and relevant team initiatives
About You
You are an organised and proactive Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You bring strong stakeholder management capability and take pride in delivering a high-quality recruitment experience, while effectively managing numerous roles and competing priorities.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment (agency or internal)
  • Strong sourcing capability across a range of tools/resources
  • Ability to manage a high-volume and varying workload
  • Strong follow-up, attention to detail and process orientation
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Resilient, driven and solutions-focused approach
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or similar ATS is advantageous
