Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will see you partnering closely with Line Managers and HR Business Partners to deliver end-to-end recruitment support across a diverse portfolio of roles spanning blue and white-collar functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of roles across ANZ
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop effective sourcing and attraction strategies
- Proactively source candidates through a range of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, etc.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across high volume role families
- Screen candidates and present high-quality shortlists
- Coordinate interviews and manage offer processes
- Ensure a strong candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Manage pre-employment checks and compliance including references, police and VEVO checks
- Contribute to continuous improvement and relevant team initiatives

- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment (agency or internal)
- Strong sourcing capability across a range of tools/resources
- Ability to manage a high-volume and varying workload
- Strong follow-up, attention to detail and process orientation
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Resilient, driven and solutions-focused approach
- Experience with SuccessFactors or similar ATS is advantageous
