The Position
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Team Assistant / Coordinator to join a market leading organisation based in Sydney’s West. The Role
The Team Assistant will play an integral role in supporting a group of Senior Executive Leaders to ensure their days run seamlessly. Working closely with five Directors, you will provide vital administrative coordination and be the go-to person for day-to-day organisational support. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Coordinating diaries across multiple senior stakeholders
  • Arranging domestic travel, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Preparing agendas, correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Assisting with meeting scheduling, minute taking, and follow-up actions
  • Managing and processing expenses and invoices
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support across the Directors as needed
  • Acting as a key contact point for internal stakeholders, building strong relationships across the business
  • Supporting the wider leadership team with general coordination and administration
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Team Assistant, Coordinator, or Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
  • A high-energy and proactive approach, with strong organisational skills
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing deadlines
  • Confidence in building relationships and working across multiple stakeholders
  • Impeccable communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work with pace and presence
