Join a major enterprise transformation and play a key role in a newly formed project team focused on uplifting automated testing and test data capability across a portfolio of high-impact initiatives.

This is not your typical BAU testing role. You’ll be embedded within delivery, working across multiple in-flight projects to understand current testing approaches and where they can be improved. A core part of your role will be engaging directly with project teams to unpack test data requirements, particularly in more complex, data-heavy environments, while also identifying opportunities to introduce and scale test automation in a practical, outcome-driven way.

Working closely with the Test Manager and broader delivery teams, you’ll help shape a more consistent, scalable approach to testing—balancing hands-on analysis with stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with project teams to understand testing and test data requirements
• Driving improvements in test data management, including masking/obfuscation
• Identifying and shaping opportunities for test automation uplift
• Contributing to automation initiatives (including potential vendor engagement)
• Working across multiple projects, tailoring your approach to each

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst in complex delivery environments
• Exposure to test data management and/or test automation
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across multiple teams
• Comfortable working in the detail while maintaining a big-picture view
• A proactive, adaptable approach with the confidence to engage teams under pressure
