We’re hiring two experienced Test Managers on a 6 or 12 month contract to support a leading organisation through a period of significant transformation. These roles offer the opportunity to lead testing efforts at both the enterprise and program levels.

Role 1: Enterprise Test Manager
  • Develop and manage testing frameworks and standards across Agile and PMO projects, ensuring end-to-end testing delivery and quality assurance.
  • Lead strategic relationships with stakeholders, manage resource planning and onboarding/offboarding, and oversee vendor performance to ensure testing capacity and capability.
  • Manage the testing demand pipeline across multiple projects/programs, including governance, estimation, and reporting of testing progress and metrics.
  • Monitor testing risks, develop contingency plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, documentation, and tooling.
  • Focus on staff growth, mentoring, and capability uplift across the testing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Role 2: Program Test Manager Focus: Program-Level Test Strategy & Delivery
  • Lead testing for a major integration program involving legacy systems and SaaS platforms.
  • Develop and execute test strategies for large-scale programs of work.
  • Coordinate testing efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure robust integration and regression testing across complex environments.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance testing efficiency across the program, with a focus on streamlining manual  processes and introducing scalable improvements to support delivery at pace.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Test Manager in enterprise or program-level roles.
  • Strong leadership and resource management capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of integration and regression testing.
  • Experience with legacy systems and SaaS integration.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Retail experience will be seen favourably
