This role sits at the centre of the logistics operation, coordinating freight movements across multiple production sites and 3PL warehouses. It’s a fast-paced, reactive role suited to someone who enjoys working in a high-volume environment, staying organised, solving problems— all while keeping customers at the forefront of everything they do.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a deadline-driven environment ensuring daily orders are coordinated and dispatched on time.
- Coordinate outbound freight bookings with third-party transport providers across multiple 3PL warehouse locations
- Act as the central point of contact for transport queries, delivery updates and issue resolution
- Monitor shipments and proactively manage delays, transport issues and delivery time slot changes
- Liaise closely with warehouse, customer service and sales teams to ensure orders are dispatched on time
- Maintain accurate transport data and documentation within Microsoft Dynamics AX and Excel
- Manage freight documentation including freight bookings, manifests, pallet tracking and POD records
- Strong administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Confident communicator who builds strong working relationships
- Basic Excel skills and confidence working with systems and data
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach in a reactive environment
- Exposure to transport, freight, 3PL, logistics or warehouse environments is highly desirable
- $80,000 – $90,000 + Super
- Full-time | 38 hours per week | Monday–Friday (between 7am–5pm)
